Are you new to yoga and looking to learn foundational poses? Are you interested in starting your yoga journey, but don't know how to begin? Have you wondered how you can take yoga off of or your mat and into the real world? In "Yoga for Beginners" you will learn more about the yoga poses, how to flow sun salutation A, see a full demonstration of chaturanga dandasana, learn how to do basic arm balances, and use yoga as a tool in your everyday life. The 4-week series is intended to complement the Wednesday evening "Yoga for Beginners" class while diving deeper through private, group instruction.

Week 2: Chatura-what? Mastering the Flow
Week 3: Beginner-Friendly Arm Balances
Week 4: How to Namaste in Real Life
Series begins Saturday, September 12th
Class is held live on Zoom at 12pm EST with video playbacks available to students.
