Work With Audrey
Thoughtful Movement & Health Education Rooted in Care, Community, & Supporting Your Well-Being
My work is a journey that began in fitness instruction and has evolved through public health education, and now medicine. What started as a passion for helping people move their bodies has grown into a deeper commitment to prevention, accessibility, and community-centered care. Along the way, I’ve come to understand how profoundly movement, breath, and regulation shape not only physical health, but our ability to feel safe, grounded, and present in our lives.
Today, I partner with organizations, institutions, and community groups to create embodied experiences that support strength, mobility, and nervous system balance. Guided by the philosophy of Strength. Stretch. Surrender., my work supports the body through effort, ease, and intentional rest. I focus on building inclusive, affirming spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, manage stress, and develop sustainable practices that honor both science and soul.

We really, REALLY enjoyed your yoga session. We needed the time and space to simply center ourselves and stretch out tension and stress, and you did that for us. They were also very happy with the playlist, as it was one of the topics of discussion during lunch.
The retreat was a huge success! Thanks for helping this to be one of the best retreats we have had. Continue to shine in your gifts.

I had the best time attending Trap Yoga in the Park. Combining relaxation, gentle activity, and a great background soundtrack, you can't go wrong. Audrey is such a patient and interactive Yogi, easing any worries of "Am I doing this wrong?" I was to clear my mind and have a great time! If you're considering a class, don't delay and book today!
