This Lobster Cobb Salad is fresh, filling, and feels like something you’d order at a seaside restaurant. It has no meat or dairy, is loaded with protein, healthy fats, and bright flavors, and is finished with a simple lemon-honey mustard dressing that brings everything together. Nourishing, satisfying, and a little luxe.

This is one of those recipes that proves healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring.
High-protein and filling thanks to lobster and egg
Healthy fats from olive oil and avocado
Fresh and colorful with crisp vegetables
Simple but elevated enough for date night or hosting
Flexible with optional blue cheese or bacon
It’s the perfect mix of nourishment and indulgence.

Tips for Success
Use fresh lobster if possible. It makes a noticeable difference in flavor and texture.
Balance your dressing. Taste before serving and adjust salt or honey if needed.
Don’t overdress. Start light and add more as needed.
Perfect Pairings
This salad stands beautifully on its own, but pairs well with:
A warm piece of crusty bread
Roasted sweet potatoes
A light soup like tomato basil or vegetable broth
Storage and Reheating
Refrigerator:Store ingredients separately in airtight containers for up to 2 days.
Best practice:Keep the dressing separate and assemble just before eating for the freshest texture.
